Step 1.
Select a clear and level place to set up, clear stones and twigs etc.
Unpack Tent, and spread out with the door in the desired direction.
Step 2.
Making sure zippers are closed peg out the 4 corners of the tent,
keeping the tent tight and square. Peg out remaining peg points
Step 3.
Assemble the roof ridge poles using 3 x No 1 poles, Insert one end of pole set into
sleeve on roof and thread through to other side, Making sure the poles are through
the Black webbing support loop at each end. Repeat for other pole sets..
Step 4.
Take 1 x No 2 Corner upright pole and join to roof ridge pole making sure to have
the pole foot end facing into the centre of the tent See Fig 2
(make sure the poles with holes near the top corner bend are at the front of the tent)
Repeat for other 3 upright poles.
Now take 2 x No 3 adjustable centre upright pole and join to the centre roof ridge pole
(make sure the poles with holes near the top corner bend are at the front of the tent).
Make sure front adjustable centre upright pole goes through the material pocket
where the awning joins the tent.
*Note webbing support loop should now be held in place by the retaining rivet on the poles.
Step 5.
Open zippers on door and windows
(
Important
to aid in lifting the tent and failure to do so may result in damage to the tent)
then begin lifting the tent from one side with a person at each end until the poles
are in the upright position.
Repeat for other side now the tent will be standing, supported by the 4 corners.
Now lift the centre upright poles and adjust to tension the tent.
Adjust the tension of the corner poles by moving each pole closer to the outside of the tent.
The tent should now be standing correctly with the roof and walls straight and taut.
Step 6.
Take 3 x No 6 Awning ridge poles and begin assembly by putting the right-angle
spigot point into the hole at top of front poles and lifting up to horizontal position.
Adjust the length to match the awning.
Then with 2 people take 2 x awning angle poles No 7 and awning centre upright
poles No 5 put the spigot point through both awning angle poles and awning
centre ridge pole then through the awning eyelet.
While 1 person supports this take 1 x awning upright pole No 4 and put the spigot point
through the awning angle pole and the awning side ridge pole then through the awning
eyelet. Repeat for the other side.
Now use the guy ropes over the spigot point and peg out approximately
1.5 metres from the tent.
Adjust the tension on all poles until the awning is straight and taut,
then adjust the guy rope tight.
Step 7.
Now the tent is fully standing open doors and windows as required there are
toggles and loops to hold if you roll the flap up.
If you require the side door covers as awning use the 2 x No 8 poles and guy ropes to erect.
