Handling Calls 

 
Make A Call 

 

Enter the number on the keypad to dial then press the green off hook key 

 

With external calls you must dial the full telephone number even for local numbers and no need to dial 9 first 

Answer A Call 

 

Press the green off hook key 

Rejecting Calls 

 

To mute a ringing call select the Silence soft key below the display whilst the call is ringing 

 

To reject a call and stop it ringing select the Reject soft key below the display or press the red on hook key 

Place a Call on Hold 

 

Press the Hold soft key on the right below the screen

 

 

Press Retrieve to get the call back

 

 

Mute 

 

To mute the key press the Mute key on the left hand side of the phone, the phone symbol in the display will go red 
press it again to unmute. 

Transfer a call 

 

Whilst on a call press the transfer soft key below the display then you can either:

Type in the number you want to transfer to 

o

 

Press the menu button to then access the contacts on the phone or the central directory and search for the 
person you want to transfer to 

 

To blind transfer the call without announcing do not call the person you are transferring to, simply select the transfer 
soft key 

 

If you want to announce the call dial the person you want by press the green off hook button after entering their 
number or searching for them then speak to the person you are transferring to then press transfer to connect the call. 

 

To cancel the transfer you can press the red on hook key to hang up and then press the Retrieve key to get back to the 
caller 

 

To Pick up a call ringing elsewhere 

 

Dial *88 then the extension number you want to pickup 

 

Redial

 

 

Press the green off hook key to bring up your call history then press the key again to dial the last number or scroll 
through the entries then press the green key on the one you want to call
