OPERATION

ON/OFF-SWITCH

The switch is in the inner or outer contour of the grip. It is a “hold-to-run”-type. This tool stops rotation

within few moments after releasing the trigger. For the sake of safety, place it on a level plate or on a

hangar after it completely stops.

FREE SPEED ADJUSTER

You can adjust the free speed by rotating the knob which indicates 1 to 3. 1 indicates the smallest free

speed output and 3 indicates the largest free speed output.

ROTATING DIRECTION

Ensure correct direction of rotation before actuating the tool. The “F” indicates forward and the “R” in-

dicates reverse. Forward is defined as clockwise direction seen from the operator’s position.

MAINTENANCE

LUBRICATION

Before connecting the hose, apply 4 to 5 drops of #10 spindle oil at the air inlet. Use of thicker oil can

lead to reduced performance or malfunction. If thicker oil is used by accident, wash it away immedi-

ately. Also, oiling is necessary after every 3-4 hours of operation.

STORAGE

Avoid storing the tool in a location with a high humidity. If the tool is stored immediately after use,

residual moisture inside the tool can cause rust. Before storing and after operation, oil the tool at the

air inlet with spindle oil and run it for a short time.
