Information on reducing vibrations

Warning:

The  actual  existing  vibration  emission  during  the  use  of  this  device  can  be  caused  by  the

following factors, which should be regarded before and during use:

Is the device used correctly?

Is the type of material processed correctly?

Is the condition of use of the device correct?

Are the handles/vibration handles mounted and are they tightened to the machine casing?

If you have an unpleasant feeling or notice a discolouration of the skin on the hands during the use of
the  device,  immediately  stop  working.  Take  sufficient  work  breaks.  If  work  breaks  are  insufficient,  a
hand-arm-vibration syndrome (HAVS) can occur.

An estimation should be made regarding the work and use of the machine and according breaks should
be taken. This way, the degree of strain during the entire work time can be reduced noticeably. Minimise
the risk of being exposed to vibration. Maintain the machine according to the instructions in this manual.

If the machine should be used more frequently, you should contact the seller for anti-vibrational equip-
ment.

Avoid the use of this machine with temperatures of 10

or less. Create a work plan to reduce the strain

of the vibration on the operators.

Information on reducing noise

A certain amount of noise from this device is not avoidable. Schedule noise-intense work for hours and
places, which allow this. Comply to potentially existing hours of quietness and limit the work duration to
the maximum requirements. For personal safety and safety of people in close proximity, a suitable hear-
ing protection needs to be worn.
