There will be from 8 to 24 trunks on this page that must be configured based on
information provided by Broadvox. Broadvox uses either account name and
password or trusted IP. Check with Broadvox if there is any question concerning this
matter.

From this screen click on “Trunk DID”. The following screen will
appear.

As shown in this screen, enter the DID numbers supplied by Broadvox.

When finished entering the required DID numbers click on “Save Settings at the
bottom of the page.

At this point your IP trunks should be provisioned and ready to go.

Make sure that Broadvox has provisioned the trunks and that they are active.

Next place an outgoing test call. If this call is successful, then place an incoming
test call. If this call is successful, then everything is good and no other effort is
required.

Should either of the above fail and the problem is not readily apparent, call WIN
technical support for further assistance. Should the WIN tech. not be able to
determine the problem and correct it, then, the WIN tech. will be more than happy
to conference in Broadvox technical support for further consultation.
