PCMCIA cards and any detachable connections for those cards
•
Spare battery packs (if any)
•
Bootable floppy or CD
•
A spare floppy or two for easy file exchange
•
Manuals for any critical software (printed or CD), including Windows 98
Remember to:

Charge your battery
•
Change your power management settings to more aggressive settings,
if appropriate
•
Transfer the working files you will need
