Servo oil pump - Calibration for Bosch pump
To calibrate the Bosch servo oil pumps, refer to the following instructions.

Calibration procedure of the Bosch servo oil pump
To calibrate the Bosch servo oil pumps, refer to the following instructions.
1
Locate the pressure adjustment screw on the servo oil pump.

Remove the plastic cover from the adjustment screw.
3
Put marks on the initial position of the setting screw.
4
Loosen the locknut.
5
Turn the setting screw in clockwise direction for 22.5 degrees.
6
Tighten the locknut.
7
Monitor the condition for 5 minutes on the pump angle indicators.
NOTE:
If the pump angle indicators show different angles, an adjustment of the pump
angles is required.

Put the plastic cover on the adjustment screw.

Monitor if there is a change in flow alarm indication for 10 minutes.
NOTE:
If the flow alarm indication remains, repeat steps 4 to 7.
NOTE:
Do no turn the setting screw more than 90 degrees in total.
NOTE:
The calibration of the servo oil pump can show another kind of alarm: the controller
limit alarm.
If this happens, turn the setting screw 22.5 degrees back to its initial position.
