3.3 Replacing the Battery Pack
CAUTION:
1. There is danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. The Battery only
can replace with the tablet PC manufacturer’s optional battery packs. Discard used
batteries according to the dealer’s instructions.
2. Do not attempt to disassemble the battery pack.
If you often rely on battery power for a long period of time while traveling, you may consider to
purchase of an additional battery pack from your dealer and keep it with you in a fully charged
state as a backup.
To replace the battery pack, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the tablet PC is not turned on or connected to AC power. Place the tablet PC
upside down.
2. Remove the four screws securing the battery compartment cover and remove it.
3. Pull back from the rear cover horizontally to lift the battery pack off the tablet PC.
