NOTE
The EPX-C414 has one VGA, one mini DisplayPort, and one low-voltage differential
signaling (LVDS) interface. Only two of the three outputs may be active simultaneously.

Pins 13 and 14 may either be directly connected to ground or connected to ground
through a pull-down resistor.
