7.4.22 Additional Information
NOTE
Use the following procedure to install an M.2 mini card.
To install a mini PCIe/mSATA into MC1 or MC2:
7.5 Jumpers
7.5.1 JCMOS - CMOS Data Clear
Jumpers can be used to reset the BIOS CMOS settings to the factory default. Enable/
disable the clear CMOS function hardware circuit, by placing or removing the jumper
from JCMOS as needed.
To reset the BIOS CMOS configuration to the factory default settings:
1. Remove power from the ITX-P-3800.
2. Find JCMOS.
3. Remove jumpers from pins 1-2.
4. Install jumpers on pins 2-3 and wait five seconds.
5. Replace jumpers back on pins 1-2.
1. Insert the mini PCIe/mSATA.
2. Push the free end of the card toward the circuit board and then secure it
with two (2 mm) screws (WinSystems P/N G527-0000-400).
