Cylinder lubricating pump
Each cylinder has a cylinder lubricating pump. The cylinder lubricating pumps are connected to
the distributor pipe (mini-rail) in the rail unit.
Servo oil from the distributor pipe (mini-rail) operates the cylinder lubricating pumps when the
related control signals are released from the ECS.
When the ECS sends a signal to the related solenoid valve (004,
lubricating pump, the solenoid valve (004) operates. Then a specified quantity of cylinder oil flows
through the oil outlet (001) to the related lubricating quills.
Each cylinder lubricating pump has two bushes for different feed rates:
•
The low feed rate (LFR) bush is installed on the adjustment screw.
•
The high feed rate (HFR) bush is installed in the storage position.
