17) Lubricate the new O-rings (6 and 10,

18) Attach the new O

rings (6, 10) to the HP

fuel pipe (1).

19) Put the HP fuel pipe (1) in the position

shown.

20) Make sure that there is a distance of

11.0 mm between the ends of the HP

fuel pipe (1) and the flange (5).

21) Make sure that there is a distance of

4.0 mm between the claw (7) and the

flange (8).

22) Apply Never Seez NSBT8 to the threads

of the Allen screws (2).

23) Torque the four Allen screws (2) to

20 Nm.

24) Torque the four Allen screws (11) to

20 Nm.

25) Make sure that there is a distance of

18.0 mm between the flange (4) and the

non-return valve.

26) Make sure that there is a distance of

18.0 mm between the flange (8) and the

connecting block (9).

27) Torque the two M12x120 bolts (5,
