Blade Replacement

Take care when handling blades, wear gloves and use suitable tools.
Ensure the box grader is stable with rigid supports.

All box grader blades are reversable, with removable tine tips. If blades/
tine tips keep breaking, then reduce the tractor speed, and await rainfall to
soften hard ground. Lift the box grader to access the blades/tines.

To change the blades: Remove all bolts (1). Flip over the worn blade, or
replace with a new blade aligning with holes on the body. Replace all bolts.

To change the tine tips: Knock out the roll/stretch pins (2) with a punch

tool (or remove bolts and nuts). Remove old blade tip (3) and insert the
new blade. Replace roll/stretch pins and knock into place or replace bolts
and nuts.
