7.2 Calibration for GT-1010
7.2.1 Power confirmation
1) Power check b24V and GND terminal (+DC24V)
2) Regular power is DC18V ~ 30V.
7.2.2 Sensor heating current setting
1) Set the DC multimeter to voltage
2) Connect multimeter (+) rod to CP1 check pin,
and connect multimeter (-) rod to CP2 check pin
3) Set the check value is fitted to 295 mV
by controlling “HEAT” variable.
7.2.3 ZERO setting
1) Set the DC multimeter to voltage
2) Connect multimeter (+) rod to CP4 check pin, and connect
multimeter (-) rod to CP5 check pin If 4~20mA is not connect
to output terminal, than you may short terminal #2 and #3
3) At the clean air environment, set the check value is fitted
to 40 mV by controlling “ZERO” variable.
7.2.4 SPAN setting
1) After zero setting at the clean air environment,
inject the standard gas to sensor by using of adapter.
2) After gas injection, set the check value is corresponded
to gas concentration by controlling “SPAN” variable.
Example 1) When you inject 25% LEL gas than set the value to 80 mV.
Example 2) When you inject 50% LEL gas than set the value to 120 mV
