7.3 Calibration for GX-1010
7.3.1 Power confirmation
1) Power check b24V and GND terminal (+DC24V)
2) Regular power is DC 15V ~ 30V.
7.2.3 ZERO setting
1) Set the DC multimeter to voltage
2) Connect multimeter (+) rod to CP4 check pin, and connect
multimeter (-) rod to CP5 check pin
3) At the clean air environment, set the check value is fitted
to 40 mV by controlling “ZERO” variable.
7.2.4 SPAN setting
1) After zero setting at the clean air environment,
inject the standard gas to sensor by using of adapter.
2) After gas injection, set the check value is corresponded
to gas concentration by controlling “SPAN” variable.
