III. Operation
>> Before using, please make sure your camera is fully charged and has been formatted
on your PC computer using the USB cable provided.
3.1. POWER ON/OFF
3.1.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power Button for 2 seconds. Both blue and
red indicator lights will be illuminated for 3 seconds then turn off. The camera will start
video recording automatically.
3.1.2. Power off the camera by pressing the Power Button for 2 seconds in standby mode.
Both blue and red indicator lights will be illuminated for 2 seconds and then turn off.
[Note]:
The camera will shut down automatically if it is in standby mode without any operation
more than 2 minutes.
3.2. VIDEO RECORDING
3.2.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power Button for 2 seconds. Both blue and
red indicator lights will be illuminated for 3 seconds then turn off. The camera will start
video recording automatically.
3.2.2. Press the Power Button twice to stop video recording. The blue indicator light will
stay illuminated, indicating the camera has entered into standby mode automatically.
3.2.3. Press the Power Button once to resume video recording. The blue indicator light
will turn off.
[Note]:
1). A video clip will be generated and saved every 10 minutes automatically.
2).Thecamera can record video for 100 minutes continuously on a full charge.
3).Video Resolution: 1920x1080PVideo Format: AVI
4). If the camera is in low battery, it will save video files then shut down automatically. Both blue
and red indicator lights will be illuminated for 3 seconds then turn off, and they will flash
alternatively for 4 seconds and go out.
5). If the internal memory is full during the video recording process, the camera will save allvideo
filesthen shut down automatically. Both blue and red indicator lights will flash simultaneously for
5 seconds then turn off.
3.3. NIGHT VISION VIDEO RECORDING
3.3.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power Button for 2 seconds. Both blue and
red indicator lights will be illuminated for 3 seconds then turn off. The camera will start
video recording automatically.
3.3.2. Press the Mode Button for 2 seconds to turn on the IR LEDs. The red indicator light
will flash 3 times then turn off.
3.3.3. Press the Mode Button once to turn off the IR LEDs. The blue indicator light will
flash 3 times then turn off.
[Note]:
IR Distance: 1.5m
3.4. CAMERA/STILL PHOTOGRAPHY
3.4.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power Button for 2 seconds. Both blue and
red indicator lights will be illuminated for 3 seconds then turn off. The camera will start
video recording automatically.
3.4.2. Press the Power Button twice to stop video recording. The blue indicator light will
stay illuminated, indicating the camera has entered into standby mode automatically.
3.4.3. Press the Mode Button once to enter into still photograph mode. The blue indicator
light will turn off while the red indicator light will stay illuminated.
3.4.4. Press the Power Button once to take a photo. The red indicator light will flash once
every time you take a photo.
3.5. AUDIO RECORDING
3.5.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power Button for 2 seconds. Both blue and
red indicator lights will be illuminated for 3 seconds then turn off. The camera will start
video recording automatically.
3.5.2. Press the Power Button twice to stop video recording. The blue indicator light will
stay illuminated, indicating the camera has entered into standby mode automatically.
3.5.3. Press the Mode Button twice to enter into audio recording mode. Both blue and red
indicator lights will stay illuminated.
3.5.4. Press the Power Button once to record audio only. The blue and red indicator lights
will keep flashing alternately.
3.5.5. Press the Power Button once again to stop audio recording. Both blue and red
indicator lights will stop flashing and be illuminated, indicating the camera is back to
standby mode.
[Note]:
1). An audioclip will be generated and saved every 5 minutes automatically.

IV. Video/Image File Uploads
4.1. Power off the camera and unscrew the knob cover to reveal the USB port.
4.2. Connect the camera to a proper PC computer USB port by using the USB cable
provided.
4.3. The camera will be recognized as a removable disk drive.
4.4. All the files can be accessed in the drive.
V. Setting Time/Date Stamp
5.1. Power off the camera and unscrew the knob cover to reveal the USB port.
5.2. Connect the camera to a proper PC computer USB port by using the USB cable provided.
5.3. The camera will be recognized as a removable disk drive.
5.4. Click on the drive in the root directory and inside root directory, open the file named “time.txt”.
5.5. Write the current date and time in the “time.txt” file with the correct format:
YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM:SS Y (For example: 2017.04.12 14:24:32 Y). If you don’t need the
time stamp on the video footage, change “Y” into “N” in the “time.txt” file. (For example:
2017.04.12 14:24:32 N). Save this file.
5.6. Restart the camera and the system will upgrade the program automatically.
VI. Charging
6.1. Power off the camera and unscrew the knob cover to reveal the USB port.
6.2. Connect the camera to an outlet AC power supply by using the DC5V power adapter
and the USB cable provided.
6.3. The red indicator light will stay illuminated while the blue indicator light will flash
slowly during the charging process.
6.4. It will take 2 hours to obtain a full charge.
6.5. Both blue and red indicator lights will stay illuminated when the camera is fully
charged.
VII. Resetting
If for any reason, the camera stops responding or isn’t working properly, a quick reset will
restore it back to normal operation.
Operation:
When the camera is powered on, press the Power Button and Mode Button
once simultaneously; the camera will shut down automatically. Then you can restart the
camera with factory default settings.
VIII. Time Setting
8.1. Pull the Time Adjustment Knob until you hear a click. Both hour and minute hands will
be stopped.
8.2. Rotate the Time Adjustment Knob to set time.
8.3. Push the Time Adjustment Knob back after the time set is completed.
