6.6.5 X1/X2: Power supply
The safety input STO (X2 pin 2+3) is galvanically isolated from the intermediate circuit
voltage (X1 pin 1) and logic voltage (X2 Pin1). UZK or GND (X1 pin 2) is not connected
with the functional earth and the housing within the device.
