1.
Warming-up
——For preventing injuring ankles and muscles, 5 minutes’
warming-up is required before using, such as marking time and free-standing
exercise.
2.
Diet
——Eat more protein food, vegetables and fruits. Exercising could start
at least 40 minutes after meal, while food should not be taken within half an
hour after exercising. Try not to take any water while exercising.
3.
Breath
——Breathe properly during exercising. Exhale when putting forth the
strength and inhale when relaxing.
4.
Frequency
——More than 48 hours’ rest is required for the same part of
muscle training.
5.
Load work
——Please choose the weight suitable for you to avoid injury.
Exercise should follow the principle of gradual improvement according to
personal stamina status. Ache in the muscles is common at the first of
exercise.
