Output Routing by Preset
The
Output Routing
tab allows you to determine exactly which input
channels are routed to which outputs. It appears as shown in Figure 4-15.
This very flexible capability allows you to route signals according to Preset or
as a default for the whole system. Refer to the
Global
Output Routing
section in this chapter to learn the function of each of the checkboxes and of
the matrix in this tab.
To set up a different input to output routing scheme for the Preset you are
creating, click the
Global
Output Routing
tab and uncheck the
Apply
Global
Output Routing
checkbox. You may then adjust the output routing
as you desire on this tab and it will only apply to this Preset.

When you have finished creating a Preset or making changes to a Preset, either
click the
Save
button to save the Preset, click the
Save & Apply
button to save
the Preset and make it the current Preset, or click the
Reset
button to discard
the changes just made. These selections are shown in Figure 4-15.
