4. Operation
1. Before setting the diameter, release
the locking screw 5 by turning it half a
turn anticlockwise.
If the tool head is already fixed to the
prism body, the two prism body clam-
ping screws

also need to be slak-
kened to set the diameter.
2. Set the tool head by shifting the two
halves of the body.
3. Read off the diameter required either:
- on scale

- on gauge

- on the setting device

4. On completion of the diameter set-
ting, clamp the two body parts with
the locking screw

. The tool head is
now ready to operate and can be
fixed in the prism body.
5. Now push the tool head onto the
prism body up to the stop pin

secure it with the two clamping

5. Maintenance
The tool needs only to be cleaned after use and the serrated body greased.
In order to preserve tools over a long period of time, keep them in a dry place
and occasionally apply them with a light film of oil.
