These assembly instructions are applicable only to WOLF oil/gas boilers made of steel.
Before commencing assembly, commissioning or servicing, these instructions are to
be read by the personnel charged with that work.
The guidelines given in these instructions must be followed.
Failure to conform with the assembly instructions invalidates any guarantee claims
against WOLF.
The following symbols and information signs are used in these assembly instructions:

Failure to observe instructions marked in this way can result in damage to the oil/gas
boiler.
Working instructions, operating instructions and adhesive labels are included or
applied in addition to the assembly instructions.
They must also be observed in the same way.
Qualified and trained personnel must be employed to assemble, commission and
service the boiler.
In accordance with VDE 0105 Part 1, only trained electricians may work on electrical
components such as the controller.
The specifications of VDE/ÖVE and of the local electricity supply company are applicable
to the electrical installation work.
The boiler may only be operated within the power range prescribed in the technical
documentation provided by WOLF.
Use of the boiler in accordance with its specifications only includes its use as hot water
heating plant in accordance with DIN 4751.
Safety or monitoring equipment must not be removed, by-passed, or made non-
functional in any other way.
The boiler must only be operated when in a technically fault-free state. Malfunctions or
damage that interfere, or could interfere, with safety must be immediately rectified in
a workmanlike manner.
Faulty components and device components must only be replaced with original WOLF
spare parts.
The boilers described in these assembly instructions are low-temperature heating
boilers in the sense of HeizAnlV and 92/42/EWG (Efficiency of Hot Water Boilers).
According to the German heating equipment regulations, heating equipment with a
power greater than 70 kW must not use single stage operation.
The operating instructions included must be kept clearly visible in the heating equipment
room. Put the other associated papers in the transparent wallet, and clip it to the side
panel of the boiler.
In order to ensure that the heating equipment operates reliably and economically, the
boiler and the burner should be serviced and cleaned by a trained technician at least
twice a year.
We recommend that you take out a service contract.
The boiler may only be installed and operated in a heating or equipment room that
accords with the regional fire regulations.
