Servicing
Note:
In order to maintain the lowest possible emission levels and to obtain the longest
possible boiler life, the boiler must be inspected and cleaned at least twice a year by
a trained technician.
1.Shut equipment down.
2. Remove burner plug.
3. Remove screws (four) from the boiler doors.

4. Open the boiler doors and clean the furnace chamber with the supplied cleaning
brushes.
5. Remove cleaning residues with a vacuum cleaner or other suitable aid.
6. Close boiler doors, tighten screws, fit burner plug and start up the equipment again.
7. Check the function of all the components particular to the heating equipment such
as circulation pumps, mixers, expansion tank, safety valve, minimum / maximum
pressure limiter, water shortage safety device etc..
8. Check water pressure, top up if necessary.
