SWEET
Hawaiian Sweet Bread
Makes one 2.5 lb Loaf
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 drops pure orange oil, or 1/4 teaspoon orange zest
2 drops pure lemon oil, or 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon kosher salt
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 1/2 cups unbleached bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
METHOD

Following the order listed, place ingredients in bread pan.
Insert bread pan into breadmaker; close lid.

Press MENU and select SWEET.

Press SIZE and select LARGE.

Press COLOR and select DARK.

Press START.

Total machine time is 2 hours and 50 minutes.
