SECTION 4 MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Before performing service turn the engine key switch to
the OFF position and remove the key. Failure to follow this could result
in serious injury or death.

General maintenance after each use
1.
Check for debris impeding any moving parts.
2.
Clean debris off of the engine, hydraulic tank, and fuel tank.
3.
Check engine oil per engine manual specifications.
4.
Check tire pressure as printed on tires.
5.
Check for hydraulic leaks.
6.
Check the oil cooler for any obstructions or leaks.
4.2
Hydraulics
1.
Check the hydraulic fluid level before each use. Add fluid up to the black level line on the
fill gage.
2.
Replace the hydraulic system cartridge filter every 500 hours of operation.
3.
Use an all-weather hydraulic fluid conforming to ISO-32, such as Conoco MV32 for oper-
ating temperatures -20° to 100° F (-29° to 38° C).
