Adjusting Bed Rails To The Blade

Move the vertical clamp to its lowest position. Before using the clamp tube as a reference to set
the blade, make sure it is level.
2.
Move the clamp all the way toward the clamp stop. Position the saw head so the blade is over the
clamp tube. Measure from the outer end of the clamp tube to the bottom of the blade.
3.
Move the saw head back to power the hydraulics and move the clamp all the way out. Position the
blade over the clamp tube again and measure from the inner end of the clamp tube to the bottom
of the blade.
4.
If the clamp tube is level, the measurement to the blade at both ends will be the same within 1/16"
(1.5 mm). If adjustment is needed, loosen the four mounting bolts at the outer end of the clamp
tube and adjust the clamp tube up or down as necessary. Tighten the mounting bolts.
