LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Depress Pilot knob
and turn to PILOT
position� Hold down
while depressing
and holding down
the red IGNITION
Button
(to the left of
the Burner Control
Knobs)�
2.
Keep red IGNITION
button depressed until
visually confirming the
pilot has lit through
the Pilot View Port,
then release the
IGNITION button�

Turn Pilot Knob to the
ON position�

Push and turn
all Burner
Control Knobs
to OFF position�
The “Low” setting

Red Ignition button
ON position
To adjust flame height,
depress Burner Control
Knob, turn to the flame
height desired, then
release�

before starting or restarting�

has two
lighting controls, one left, one right,
for the 10 burners�
The
Churrasco 1500
has two
lighting controls, one left, one right,
for the 12 burners�
