Secure the workpiece.
A workpiece clamped with clamping
devices or in a vice is held more secure than by hand.

For drilling without impact in wood, metal, ceramic and plastic, a
suitable SDS-Quick tool or an application tool with hexagon shank
can be used.

Inserting SDS-Quick Drilling Tools:
Check the latching by
pulling the tool.

The maximum torque is reached only in the screwdriving
torque reaction can occur.

Apply the power tool to the screw only when it is
switched off.
Rotating tool inserts can slip off.

Always wait until the machine has come to a
complete stop before placing it down.
The tool insert
can jam and lead to loss of control over the power tool.

To save energy, only switch the power tool on when using
it.
ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
Before any assembly or any adjusmtnent, unplug
the plug from the socket to avoid unintentional starting.
INSTALLING SDS-max
® CHISELS
(Fig. 2).
Clean the insert shank end of the chisels to remove any debris,
then lightly grease with a light oil or lubricant.
Push the chuck sleeve inward and keep it in place, meanwhile
slightly turn and insert the chisel into the chuck. Then release the
chuck sleeve, until it automatically spring back.
Pull outward on the accessory to be certain it is locked into the
chuck.
REMOVING SDS-max
® ACCESSORIES
(Fig. 3).
Accessories may be hot after use.
Avoid contact
with skin and use proper protective gloves or cloth to remove.
To remove an accessory, pull locking sleeve backward
and pull bit forward. All accessories should be wiped clean
after removing
AUXILIARY HANDLE
The auxiliary handle is pre-assembled on the tool. It is fold
when unpacking. Before use, loosen the handle locking
knob and pull the handle upright. Then re-fasten the
locking knob.
SWITHING ON AND OFF
(Fig. 4 and 5)
Before operate the tool, plug the plug into the socket.
Press the switch trigger as action 1. If you want to keep
working, you can meanwhile press locking pin as action 2.
To switch off, just press trigger again and release it.
MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying out
maintenance work on the motor. Regularly clean the machine
housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the
ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come
off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use
solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These
solvents may damage the plastic parts.
The tool needs to be regularly maintenant like lubrication or
changing carbone brush.

LUBRICATION THE GEAR BOX
(Fig. 6 &7).
After long time operation, the tool impact energy maybe
become weak, you need to add the grease into the gear
box to lubricate it.
1. Using the spanner to loosen the gear box cover. See
fig. 6.
2. Add the grase into the gras box. The grease amount
should be over half box.
REPLACING THE CARBONE BRUSH
(Fig. 8 &9).

Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result
in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
After long time using, the carbon brush will be worn out. It
need to changing a new one. Refer to fig. 8 & 9.
1. Using cross head screwdive to loosen screws and remove
the motor bottom cover.
2. Using flat head screwdriver to loosen the carbon brush cap
and remove the worn brush.
3. Insert a paire of new carbon brush in the brush holder
and screw back the brush cap.
4. Re-assemble back the motor bottom cover.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in a sturdy packaging. Most of the packaging
materials can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your unwanted machines to your
local dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
Li-ion batteries can be recycled. Deliver them to a disposal site for chemical waste so that they can be recycled or
disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Discarded electric appliances are recyclable and should not be discarded in the domestic waste! Please actively
support us in conserving resources and protecting the environment by returning this appliance to the collection
centres (if available).
