First start
The Workswell MEDICAS system will automa cally start within seconds of the power supply being provided.
Once the system loads for the first me, the following screen appears.

A er the first start and before being able to operate the camera, the camera needs to be ac vated. To ac vate
the camera, simply follow the steps on the screen a er the first start. This screen will not show up again a er
ac va on, even a er factory default.
The warranty of the camera is calculated from the date of the ac va on of the camera. This means that the
camera can be safely stored and not used before ac va on without loosing warranty due to warranty expira on.
