4. Remove the foam filter from the filter cage.
5. Preliminarily clean both filters by gently tapping or brushing the dirt off. This
should NOT be done indoors in the living areas.
6. Use a mild soap and water solution to wash the filters and rinse with clean water.
7. Allow both filters to air dry thoroughly before installing them back on the filter
cage.
After cleaning, check the reusable cloth filter for tears and small holes.
Do not use a damaged filter. Even a small hole can cause a lot of dust
to come out from the vacuum. Replace a damaged filter immediately
(see chapter “Replacing filters”).
