10 MHz OPERATION
(CONF.10MOPE) - read/write *
With this parameter set the operating mode of the 10 MHz input. In manual mode, the transmitter uses the internal
10 MHz reference. In auto mode, it uses an external 10 MHz reference when one is detected; when none is detected,
it switches back to the internal 10 MHz reference.

AC parameters
Dual drive working principle
Upon starting, the control unit waits for a time set by the user (default: 10 sec) for the system to stabilize.
After the initial procedure, a loop is launched during which the following parameters are constantly updated:
1.
Status and position of the RF switch
2.
Ready and fault state of each transmitter
•
Ready= communication and not in LOCAL mode
•
Fault= no communication or fault
Once the parameters are updated, they are used to determine the course of action (if the unit is not in local mode).
If the on air transmitter or drive is in fault and the other transmitter/drive is ready, a switch occurs after the delay
between fault detection and action has passed (default: 6 s) + a delay set accordingly to the system type (default: 4 s).
Switching occurs as long as the maximum number of switches has not been reached (default: 3). Modifying or
attempting to modify the settings (parameters below) resets the switch counter.
In manual mode, data is retrieved in the same way it is done in auto mode, but there is no switch management.
These parameters are available as:

SWITCHING MODE
With this parameter, choose whether drive selection is done manually or automatically. In manual mode, the main
drive is used regardless of the working state. In auto mode, the effective drive depends directly on the status of the
drive.
MANU or AUTO
PRESELECTION
With this parameter, select the main drive.
1 or 2
MAX ITERATION CONFIGURATION
With this parameter, set the max number of switch on the reserve drive.
From 0 to 99
FAULT DELAY
With this parameter, set the delay in seconds between error detection and switch. Default: 6 seconds.
From 0 to 99 s
