The following sliders are used by proVEOS:
Master:
The overall volume level. Set it to a level that provides a usable
range of volumes that can be comfortably controlled from the volume
control built into the sound system connected to proVEOS.
PCM:
The audio output from proVEOS when media files are played from
presentation laptops
Front Mic:
Volume level of the microphone connected to the pink
microphone input mini-jack behind proVEOS
Line-in:
Volume level of the audio from the blue line-in mini-jack behind
proVEOS
All unused sliders should be muted to minimize noise and hiss from the
speakers. To mute a slider, click the speaker icon below the slider. A red
x
will
appear above the speaker icon, indicating that it is muted.
Note:
Do not mute the Master and PCM sliders.
Once the sliders are set correctly, click the
X
button at the top right of the
window to close it.
Click
Close
in the wizard to complete the installation process. proVEOS will
automatically restart itself to apply the settings.
After restarting, proVEOS can be used for presentations.
