manual and the safety instructions, this may
result in damages on the device and cause
dangerous situations for the operator and

Suspended loads.
Danger of injuries, including fatal
injuries!
NEVER
walk, work or rest under
suspended loads.
If working load is taken off the extended
cable (cable unloaded), the cable can snap
backwards in a lashing movement.
NEVER
unhook loads from an extended cable. At-
tach or remove loads only when the cable is
COMPLETELY
retracted.
The cable can bounce back (if load is
removed) and hence break out of its mount
inside the spring balancer with the result that
the cable is no longer properly anchored. In
such a case immediately withdraw the device
from service, mark it as defective and inform
the responsilble supervisor.
If tools are pulled out over an angle exceed-
ing the admissible angle of 10°, they may
swing to and fro violently causing personal
injuries.
NEVER
disassamble the housing.
The operating company must instruct its per-
sonnel according to the information in these
operating instructions before allowing them
to operate the device.
NEVER
operate the device without safety
devices (e.g. anti-fall guard [
1
]) and never
remove them or put them out of operation by
modifying them.
It is strictly forbidden to use defective de-
vices. This is e.g. the case if the device falls in
the antifall guard (
1
) or crashes down. Such
a device may not be used unless the antifall
guard (
1
) and the housing is replaced.
Only authorized and trained personnel is
allowed to perform repair, disasambling or
reassambling works on the device.
Only use genuine spare parts from
Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG. Only these
spare parts meet the required safety criteria.
All repairs to the device must be carried
out by qualified specialist personnel and
with original spare parts only.
This ensures continuous device safety.
Use only genuine Würth accessories
and spare parts.
