the holes for the screws of the floor mounting
have to be drilled into the floor of the vehicle.

Drill one hole in the vehicle floor for each
marked hole

Deburr the holes from both sides using the
countersink

Note
All holes must be protected against
rust using a suitable anti-corrosion
protection spray!

Put the module into the vehicle.
■
Screw the module to the floor of the vehicle
using the hexagonal nuts

and washers

Note
Protect the screw connections using
underbody wax!
Final assembly (Fig .I/VI)

Screw the module to the side walls of the vehicle
using the rubber discs

Allen screws

In a final step, tighten all screw connections.
Wall mounting using blind-rivet nuts
Note
Make sure that the structural section of
the vehicle is deep enough for the drill
bit length used so as not to damage
the outer wall of the vehicle!

Drill one hole into each of the vehicle side
walls

Deburr the holes using the countersink

Insert the rivet nuts

the module can be float-mounted on the

vans and compact cars.

Note
Make sure that it is possible to drill a
hole into the floor of the vehicle and
that no parts critical for the safety such
as fuel lines, tank or electric cables
could be damaged!

We would point out that vehicle
equipment not mounted on floor plates,
could render the vehicle's guarantee
invalid. Please contact your vehicle's
manufacturer to clarify the matter.
