❏
Project the cross onto both walls by rotat-
ing the tool and mark the points where the
laser beams intersect.
❏
Set the tool up at a distance of 60 cm from
a wall and mark two new points.
❏
Determine the height difference between
the marked points on both walls (D1 and
D2).
❏
If the difference between D1 and D2 is
less than 2 mm, the tool is within the pre-
cision-tolerance range.
Checking the horizontal line
❏
Place the tool in the mounting device and
and set it up at a distance of 5 m from a
wall.
❏
Press the On/Off switch
5
.
❏
Mark the point where the laser beams in-
tersect and a point (A) on the horizontal
laser beam 2.5 meters away.
❏
Rotate the tool so that the point where the
laser beams intersect is projected 5 m
away from the first point.
❏
The deviation of the horizontal laser beam
from the point A marked previously may
not be greater than 2 mm.
Working Examples
Transferring a Height Line/
Height Point
Set up the line laser at the desired height
(e. g. on stand or with tripod). Mark the
points on the projected line.
Determine the height difference between the
laser beam and the height point, using a
straight edge. Rotate the line laser. Mark the
height difference determined previously.
Marking a Vertical Plane
Press On/Off switch
5
.
Align the line laser parallel to the wall with a
laser beam. Mark the points along the other
beam.
Maintenance
and Cleaning
Always clean the line laser after use. Remove
any moisture with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or
solvents.
If the machine should happen to fail despite the
care taken in manufacture and testing, repair
should be carried out by an authorized cus-
tomer services agent for Würth power tools.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders,
please always include the 10-digit order
number given on the nameplate of the machine.
