is possible only when the operat-
ing and safety information are
read completely and the instruc-

Safety Warnings for Wall-slot Cutters
Application tools must be designed for
the speed listed on the power tool.
Cutting
discs running with excessive speed can burst and
cause injuries.
Fasten and secure the workpiece with
screw clamps or other suitable clamps to
a stable surface.
When holding the workpiece
only by hand or against your body, it remains unsta-
ble, which can lead to loss of control.
Hold the power tool only by the insulated
gripping surfaces, as the cutter could cut
into the machine‘s own cord.
Contact with a
“live” wire will also make exposed metal parts of
the power tool “live” and shock the operator.
The mounted diamond wheel must be
able to rotate freely.
Carry out a test run for at
least 30 seconds with the new diamond wheel. Use
only true-running diamond wheels.
Check the diamond wheel before using.
Use only undamaged diamond wheels.
Handle diamond wheels carefully and
store them according to the manufac-
turer's instructions.
Damaged diamond wheels
can develop cracks and burst during operation.
Make sure that the application tools are
mounted in accordance with the manu-
facturers instructions. The mounted appli-
cation tools must be able to rotate freely.
Incorrectly mounted application tools can become
loose during operation and be thrown from the
machine.
Position the cord clear of the spinning
accessory.
If you lose control of the power tool,
the cord may be cut or snagged and your hand or
arm may be pulled into the spinning accessory.
Do not operate the power tool near flam-
mable materials.
Sparks could ignite these
materials.
Never place your hand near the rotating
accessory.
Accessory may kickback over your
hand.
Use only original Würth accessories.
