Data recording
Data may be recorded in two ways:

Online mode
The ML-N4000 transmits received messages directly to a PC, where
they are stored in log files. To do so, the ML-N4000 must be
connected to the PC.
▪
HDD mode
Received messages are stored on the internal ML-N4000 storage
medium, on a USB flash drive or on the X
ORAYA
ESU. No PC is
required in this case, as the ML-N4000 is fully autonomous in this
mode. HDD logging may still be started and stopped from the PC.
Simultaneous recording modes
Both modes can be operated in parallel, but separately
controlled.

Online mode
The
Online-Logging
tool enables data recording in online mode.
Connect the ML-N4000 to the measurement environment.
