Be aware that you place the device on a stable surface so it
cannot drop on the floor.
You should place the device in an area that is not observably from
outside, so burglars may not notice if it’s a real TV.
Check the impression of the TV-Simulator from outside your house
and maybe replace the device, to make sure you have a good
impression of a TV.
Never cover the TV-Simulator norfocus it with a lamp or spotlight.
Otherwise the TV-Simulator could possibly turn itself on unwanted,
due to the brightness sensor (only in “Däm4 Stunden” or
“Däm8 Stunden” settings).

Always use a soft, dry and lint-free cloth to clean the unit’s
exterior. If the device is extremely dirty you can use a soft cloth,
dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to clean. Never
use any abrasive or harsh cleaning agents (e.g. alcohol, petrol
or thinners) as these could damage the controls, casing or any
markings and labels found on the device.
