1. Introduction
1.1 Read Me First

The battery must be charged for at least 8 hours for ‘INITIAL’ use. The LED2 (
ORANGE
)
will turn off after 3 hours’ charging, please keep on charging for 5 more hours. Thereafter,
for each time charging the battery, please fully charge for 3 hours.

We strongly recommend to remove the battery if the device will not be used for over 2
weeks.
•
For fast data tracking purpose it is recommended to stay still before the position is fixed.

1.2 Overview
The XAiOX SkyStar GPS Receiver is a Global Position System Receiver with Bluetooth wireless
technology. This BT GPS receiver allows you to receive GPS data on mobile handhelds wirelessly.
By sending GPS position data via Bluetooth, you can position the receiver for the best possible
reception all without wires. When you choose suitable navigation software, you can apply to
personal, vehicle tracking, and marine navigation. If you use this Bluetooth GPS receiver, you will
ignore the messy cords and antenna and add the portability of your Pocket PC. This receiver is
operated by a Lithium-Ion-Battery or in the car with a car charger.
