Use the following procedures to locate a paper jam; then see
“Clearing Paper Jams” for details on removing the jam.
1.
Check for paper jams in the paper cassette or multipurpose
feeder from which the media was fed.
2.
Check for paper jams in the paper exit area under the fuser
cover.
3.
Check for paper jams around the toner cartridge.
4.
Check for paper jams in the back of the paper feeder from
which the media was fed.
5.
Reassemble the printer.
