PLACING COMMANDS ONTO THE GTL’s (Creating Macros)
All Commands – IR, Hex and RS232 should be confirmed and tested before placing any commands on GTL’s.
IR, Hex and RS232 Commands are all placed on GTL’s in the same manner and all can be programmed to the
same GTL for use as a Macro Sequence.
NOTE:
At this point, the
SPLCD Source
and
Function GTL’s
should already be configured on the
Virtual
SPLCD
in the
SPLCD System Window
. If this has not been done, return to Section:
Creating the Graphical
User Interface (GUI)
.
With the
SPLCD Project
open, resize and configure the windows as shown in
Figure 40.
NOTE:
In the
SPLCD System Window
, click the
Macros Tab
. This will open the
Command List Window
and
lock the
GTL’s
in place, so they don’t accidentally get moved while placing commands.
