Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
No output voltage is shown in the LCD
screen but the green status LED for
Battery mode is illuminated.
GFCI (when installed) has tripped
or supplementary breaker has
tripped.
Check load and reset the GFCI or supplementary
breaker.
Circuit breaker on the AC load
panel or AC output disconnect has
tripped.
Reset the circuit breaker or check the AC output
disconnect circuits.
Battery voltage is too low
(depending on setting, see
) to
start inverting. LCD screen may
show DC voltage as
000
.
Check DC connections and cable.
Recharge battery.
No output voltage is shown in the LCD
screen and neither of the green status
LEDs (for Grid mode and Battery mode)
is illuminated.
AC shore power is not available or
out of operating range and the
inverter is OFF.
Check AC shore power.
Turn the inverter ON.
AC shore power is not available
and the inverter is OFF due to a
shutdown for more than 30
seconds.
Check AC shore power and battery voltage.
Turn the inverter ON and look at the LCD screen for any
error code.

No output voltage. The status LED is

Ignition lock (ACC) signal is not
present.
If the ignition control feature is in use, ensure the
vehicle’s ignition is On and the ignition control switch on
the front of the Freedom X unit is On (|).
