Bedienungsanleitung
Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Xavax Produkt entschieden haben!
Nehmen Sie sich Zeit und lesen Sie die folgenden Anweisungen
und Hinweise zunächst ganz durch. Bewahren Sie diese
Bedienungsanleitung anschließend an einem sicheren Ort auf, um bei
Bedarf darin nachschlagen zu können.

2. Sicherheitshinweise
• Das Produkt ist nur für den Gebrauch innerhalb von Gebäuden
vorgesehen.
• Nach Montage des Produktes ist dieses auf ausreichende Festigkeit
zu überprüfen. Diese Prüfung ist regelmäßig zu wiederholen.
• Achten Sie darauf das Produkt nicht asymmetrisch zu belasten.
• Entfernen Sie bei Beschädigungen des Produkts sofort die ange-
brachte Last und benutzen Sie das Produkt nicht weiter.
Hinweis
• Achten Sie vor der Montage und beim Biegen der Blechteile
auf mögliche scharfe Kanten.
• Überschreiten Sie in keinem Fall die maximale Traglast des
Produktes von 80kg.
• Besorgen Sie sich geeignetes Montagematerial für eine
Bodenbefestigung im Fachhandel, falls sich das Untergestell
mit dem darauf gestellten Haushaltsgerät bewegt oder
wandert.
3. Montage
Montieren Sie die einzelnen Positionen des Produktes, wie in den
Abbildungen dargestellt, zusammen.

3.1 Untergestell (Abb. 1)
• Beginnen Sie mit dem Aufbau des Untergestells. Achten Sie
unbedingt darauf, dass die Seitenteile hinten offen sind, damit die
Maschine überstehen kann (am oberen Ende des Seitenteiles ist
eine Ausklinkung von ca. 3x5 cm). Montieren Sie die Tischplatte
(Pos.2) mit Hilfe der großen Schrauben (Pos.9, M6x10 mm) an die
Seitenteile (Pos.1). Der Federring (Pos. 10, Ø 6 mm) kommt unter
die Mutter (Pos.11, M6) und ist zwingend zu verwenden, damit die
Schrauben sich nicht lösen können.
• Befestigen Sie die Laufschienen (Pos. 16) von Innen an die Seiten-
teile (Pos. 1) unter Verwendung der Schrauben (Pos.9), Federringe
(Pos. 10) und Muttern (Pos.11).
• Verbinden Sie die beiden Leisten (Pos.3) mit den Seitenteilen (Pos. 1).
• Benutzen Sie hierzu die Schrauben (Pos. 12, 3,9x9,5 mm).
• Kleben Sie anschließend die Antirutschfüße (Pos. 7) auf die Unter-
seite der Seitenteile (Pos.1).
• Optional können Sie zusätzlich die Rändelschrauben (Pos.8) zur
Fixierung der Maschine in die Seitenteile (Pos.1) einschrauben.
• Schrauben Sie die Hutmuttern (Pos. 17) auf die nach außen
ragenden Gewinde der Rändelschrauben (Pos.8) auf, um Verlet-
zungen zu vermeiden!
3.2 Schublade (Abb. 2)
• Knicken Sie die vorderen und hinteren schmalen Blechkanten ( ca.
20 mm) des Schubladenseitenteils mit Boden (Pos. 4) um 90° nach
oben (Abb 2a). Anschließend knicken Sie die linke und rechte Seite
um 90° nach oben, so dass ein U-Profil entsteht (Abb 2b).
• Legen Sie den Schubladenboden (Pos.4) flach auf den Boden und
befestigen Sie die Schubladenrückwand (Pos. 6) und Schubladen-
frontseite (Pos.5) mit Hilfe der Schrauben (Pos.9, M6x10 mm),
Federringen ( Pos.10, Ø 6 mm) und Muttern (Pos.11, M6) an dem
Seitenteil (Pos. 4)
• Befestigen Sie nun den Griff (Pos. 14) mit Hilfe der Flachkopf-
schrauben (Pos.15, M4x10 mm) und Unterlegscheiben (Pos. 13)
an der Schubladenfront. (Die Schubladenfront bitte nur leicht
anziehen, da sonst Beulen auf der Außenseite entstehen. Ohne
Unterlegscheibe wackelt der Griff.)
Schieben Sie anschließend die Schublade in das Untergestell (Abb 3).
Ziehen Sie nun alle Muttern nach (außer die Schrauben für den Griff),
bevor Sie die Maschine auf das Gestell stellen.
Hinweis
• Richten Sie nach der Montage das Untergestell mit dem
darauf gestellten Haushaltsgerät mit einer Wasserwaage
genau aus.
4. Wartung und Pflege
Reinigen Sie dieses Produkt nur mit einem fusselfreien, leicht
feuchten Tuch und verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reiniger.

Take your time and read the following instructions and information
completely. Please keep these instructions in a safe place for
future reference. If you sell the device, please pass these operating
instructions on to the new owner.

The product is intended for indoor use only.
• After the product has been mounted, check that it is sufficiently
secure. You should repeat this check at regular intervals.
•
Make sure that the product is loaded symmetrically.
•
In the event of damage to the product, remove the attached load
and stop using the product.
Hinweis
• Check for any sharp edges before assembly and when
bending the sheet metal parts.
• Never exceed the product’s maximum load of 80 kg.
• If the base and the household appliance on it move or drift,
obtain suitable mounting equipment for attachment to the
floor from a specialist retailer. .

3.1 Base (fig. 1)
• Start by setting up the base. Always make sure that the sides are
open in the back so that the machine can extend beyond them (the
difference should be about 3x5 cm at the upper end of the side).
Use the large screws (item 9, M6x10 mm) to mount the tabletop
(item 2) on the sides (item 1). The lock washer (item 10, Ø 6
mm) goes under the nut (item 11, M6) and is required in order to
prevent the screws from coming undone.
• Attach the slide rails (item 16) to the sides (item 1) from the inside
using the screws (item 9), lock washers (item 10) and nuts (item 11).
• Connect the two strips (item 3) to the sides (item 1)
using the screws (item 12, 3.9x9.5 mm).
• Then attach the adhesive non-slip feet (item 7) to the bottom of
the sides (item 1).
• You also have the option of using the knurled screws (item 8) to
attach the machine to the sides (item 1).
• Screw the cap nuts (item 17) onto the outward-facing threads of
the knurled screws (item 8) to prevent injury!
3.2 Tray (fig. 2)
• Bend the narrow front and rear sheet metal edges (approx. 20
mm) of the tray side with bottom (item 4) upward by 90° (fig. 2a).
Afterwards, bend the left and right sides upward by 90° to create
a U shape (fig. 2b).
• Place the bottom of the tray (item 4) flat on the floor and attach
the back of the tray (item 6) and the front of the tray (item 5) to the
side (item 4) using the screws (item 9, M6x10 mm), lock washers
(item 10, Ø 6 mm) and nuts (item 11, M6)
• Now attach the handle (item 14) to the front of the tray using
the flathead screws (item 15, M4x10 mm) and washers (item 13).
(Please only tighten the front of the tray slightly to prevent dents
on the outside. Without a washer, the handle will wobble.)
Then push the tray into the base (fig. 3).
Now tighten all the nuts (except the screws on the handle) before you
put the machine on the base.
Note
• After assembly, use a spirit level to precisely align the base
with the household appliance on it.
4. Care and Maintenance
Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and do
not use aggressive cleaning agents.
