Turn on the power
Press any button to turn on the unit. The unit will confi rm
activation, the personal data number last used will be appeared
alternately.
Use the Selector switch on the bottom to select a weight scale
to use: Metric(kg), Pounds(lb), or Stones (ST).
Select a Personal data code
Firstly Press the SET button, the personal data Code will be
fl ashed. Press the
/
buttons to select a Personal data
code. Once you reach the Personal data code you wish to use,
press the set button to confi rm.
Select Female or Male
Use the buttons
/
to scroll through female, male settings,
and then press the Set button to confi rm.
Specify the Height
Use the
/
buttons to specify Height and then press the
Set button to confi rm. (range of user height is between 100cm-
220cm)
Set Age
Use the
/
buttons to specify age. When you reach your
age, press the Set button to confi rm. (range of user age is
between 10-80 year)
NOTE:
If you make a mistake before you have fi nished
programming it, repeat the steps from Select a Personal data
Code.
TAKING WEIGHT AND BODY FAT READINGS
After programming your personal data, you are ready to take a
reading.
Select Personal Data code
Press the
button turn on. Use the
/
buttons to select
your Personal data code. The display will show the programmed
data. Until the display will be show “0,0”, now step onto the
platform.
NOTE:
To ensure accuracy reading should be with barefoot to
step on the platform and be sure that your heels are correctly
aligned with the electrodes on the measuring platform. If you
step onto the platform before “0,0” appears, you will not obtain
a reading. Furthermore, if you do not step onto the measuring
platform within about 10 seconds after “0,0” appears, the power
is shut off automatically.
GET YOUR READING
Your weight will be shown fi rst. Continue to stand on the
platform “0000” will appear on the display and disappear one
by one from left to right. Your body fat percentage and water
percentage will appear on the display screen. The display
will then fl ash your weight, body fat percentage and water
percentage alternately four times.
NOTE:
Do not step off until body fat % is shown, even if you
step off the platform after all the results are displayed. The
alternating display of body weight and body fat percentage will
be repeated four times, the unit will then shut-off automatically.

REPLACING THE BATTERIES:
When the batteries run low, the Lo message will appear on the
display window. When the message appears, be sure to replace
the batteries immediately. Since weak batteries will affect the
accuracy of your measurements. Change all the batteries at the
same time with new batteries.
NOTE: Your settings will not be erased from the memory when
you remove the batteries.
ERROR MESSAGE
The following error message may appear:
• Lo: The battery in the scales must be replaced
• Err1kg: The maximum load capacity is exceeded.
(range of weight with2-150kg)
• Err2%: The body-fat and body-water percentages cannot be
calculated ( if body fat percentage is less than 5% or more
than 75%, the reading cannot be accurate)
Important notes:
• Caution: do not step on the scales with wet feet or when the
surface is damp – danger of slipping.
• You should protect the scales from impact, damp, dust,
chemicals and extreme variations in temperature and keep
them away from sources of heat (ovens, heaters).
Caution:
Persons with medical implants
(e.g. pacemakers) may not use this device,
because operation of the implant could be
affected.
