The device records noisy, distorted, unclear sound.
The device has a very sensitive microphone that records all background noises.
The recorded sounds may overlap. The windshield air intake may also distort
the sound.

The device does not respond.
Briefly press RESET or reset the unit to factory default settings.

Cross stripes appear on the recording.
Incorrect setting of the frame rate value. Set the frequency value to 50Hz or
60Hz depending on local settings.

This DVR records in a cycle if you select 1/3/5 minute as the storage time. When
the storage media is full, it will record from the beginning again and automa

tically delete the previously recorded material. It will have 3 seconds of pause
time between recordings.

The Wi-Fi module in the device is used to connect to your cell phone using
Roadcam’s dedicated software, so you can preview the camera’s live video,
review the recordings, and change the camera settings using your cell phone.
