Play speed
You can adjust playback speed from
X0.8 to X1.4 levels.
Using the A-B repeat playback
function: (A-B local repeat play-
back)
This function allows for repeat-
playing of random sections.
1.
From the point where repeat be-
gins, press and hold the MARK-
button while playing the file. An
icon (A) displays on the menu bar.
2.
At the point where repeat is
stopped, press and hold the
MARK button again. An icon (B)
displays on the menu bar. The
selected section will continuously
repeat.
3.
Press and hold the MARK button
again to cancel A-B repeat play-
back.
Note: The repeating section should be
at least 5 seconds or longer.
Using the bookmark function
Setting the Bookmark While Play-
ing a File
If you set a bookmark at the currently-
playing location, then when the file
is played again it will play from the
bookmarked location. You can book-
mark only once and later bookmarks
overwrite previous bookmarks. The
bookmark set while playing will be
automatically canceled.

While playing, press the MARK
button at the location where you
want to bookmark. The “Book-
mark is set!” message appears.
The Bookmarked files are marked
by the (
) icon in the file list.
2.
To cancel a bookmark: if you play
the bookmarked file, it will auto-
matically cancel.
