Sleep
You can set time to turn off the PMP with time intervals (0 -120 minutes).
Alarm
You can set time for the alarm (Time, Duration, Condition, File, and Volume).
Troubleshooting
I cannot turn the unit on.
•
Check whether the HOLD switch of the main body is in the HOLD position.
•
Check whether the battery is sufficiently charged. The AC adapter does not
work.
•
Check that the AC adapter is properly connected to the DC jack of the unit.
The remote control does not work.
•
Check whether the IR remote control works when using it in front of the IR
sensor located on the front side of the product.
•
Check whether the IR remote control has a lithium battery inside.
•
Replace the lithium battery with a new one, and try again. The TV screen
‘wobbles’ or displays abnormally.
•
Which TV do you use ?
•
If from the main menu > CONFIG > TV out type is configured to NTSC, the
signal for NTSC TV is output, and if it is configured to PAL, the signal for PAL
TV is output. Check if the configuration is appropriate to your TV.
The buttons do not work.
•
Make sure that the right side switch on the top of the device is not in the
hold position.
I cannot use the device after formatting the hard disk.
•
Formatting the hard disk removes the default directories. You can use your
device after downloading [Archive] materials from the web site at www.max-
ian.co.kr.
I hear noise while recording.
•
This device is equipped with a compact hard disk, therefore noise can occur
while recording, and the recorded sound may not be normal due to the fea-
ture of digital devices.
The video or image file is displayed too small on the screen.
•
This may happen when a video or image file is created in small screen reso-
lution.
