The video playback seems abnormal.
•
The loading time for video playback may be longer than that of an MP3 or-
WMAfile. This is normal because more data has to be loaded to play a video
file than for an MP3 or WMA file.
•
When playing unsupported video files, you may only hear sound or you may
view the movie file without sound. Alternatively you may
experience discontinuous screen or sound play. In this case, check the product
specification.
•
The product supports MP3 and AC3 audio format when playing a video file.

Please connect the device to the USB port located at the back of the PC
other than USB port or HUB in front of the PC.
The hard disk memory is indicated/used as a smaller amount.
•
In the case of a 20GB product, it is normal that it will indicate only 18.6 GB.
This is caused by the difference in recognizing the capacity between hard
disk manufacturers and the PC, and also besides the system area that is
necessary to operate the device, it may indicate a smaller storage capacity.
I cannot hear the sound or I hear noise.
•
Check whether the volume level is “0”.
•
Check that the earphone is properly connected and whether there are alien
substances on the plug. Alien substances on the plug may cause noise.
•
Excessive impact or vibration while playing a video or music file may result in
discontinuous play. Try again at a stable location.
