COMMON TROUBLE SHOOTING
Please refer to the list below to solve a problem with your Smart Watch.
1. Unable to switch on: Press the power button at least 3 seconds to turn on the
Smart Watch
2. Smart Watch shuts down automatically: The Smart Watch could be low in power.
Please charge it to use it again.
3. Using time is too short: Please make sure you fully charge your Smart Watch in
order to use it.
4. No caller’s name being shown in your Smart Watch shown during incoming call:
The Sync Date could be disconnected. Please Sync Data again.
5. Bad phone call voice: Make sure the phone and Smart Watch are close to each
other during a phone call.
