4. APP FUNCTIONS
Arrow:
Select to start a cumulative distance and time track.
Step goal:
Here you can see how many percent of your daily step goal you completed.
Sleep record:
When you wear the watch during your sleep, you can here check information about
your sleep.
Heart rate:
Select heart rate and then press start to check your current heart rate.
Blood pressure:
Select blood pressure and then press start to check your current blood pressure
Feature:
Here you can change the settings of your bracelet
Profile:
Here you can check if the app is connected to your bracelet, create an account and
sign in, change your daily step goal and check the app version.
Power Off:
Press and hold for 3 seconds the button to switch off. The phone will shake at the
same time (if the phone is in low power, it will not shake.)
To keep track of activities in the app, you must ensure that the synchronization
function is on during the day. If this is not the case, the app cannot save your
activity history. You can synchronize by opening the app daily.
