7. Are multiple unique faults listed for the same Print Head or is the same fault listed
for all of the Print Heads on a particular PBU?

8. Select the fault code.
A Log Entry Detail window appears.
9. Record the Variable Data attribute of the fault code. Use the figure as a guide for
the meaning of each number.
The PBU number containing the fault is located in three places: In the Service
Code line (as 01), in the Description line (as 1), and as the first number in the
Variable Data line (as 1).

The second number in the Variable Data line, 4, is the only information given
on which Print Head has the fault.
